个人简历：
苏州大学附属第一医院眼科秘书，中苏州纳米所博士后（2022年获评中科院优秀博士后）。美国Bascom Palmer Eye Institute访问学者。
江苏省医学会眼科分会秘书，青年学组副组长。苏州医学会眼科学分会青年委员会副主任委员。江苏省整合医学眼科分会委员，江苏省中医药协会眼科分会委员，江苏省公共卫生眼科学专委会委员。
2024年姑苏卫生人才（青年拔尖）。获2020年江苏省医学新技术引进奖二等奖、2019年苏州市医学新技术引进奖一等奖。
主持国家自然科学基金项目，江苏省自然科学基金项目，江苏省教育厅项目及苏州市市级科研项目7项。
临床擅长青光眼激光及手术治疗，开展青光眼白内障联合手术，青光眼微小切口手术，青光眼引流装置植入手术等抗青光眼手术约200台/年。牵头开展原发性慢性闭角型青光眼多中心临床研究。作为Sub-PI负责多项基因治疗IIT项目，包括原发性开角型青光眼，视网膜色素变性等。
