个人简介:
吴丹博士,特聘教授,博士生导师,2010年毕业于东华大学。同年,前往都柏林大学(UCD)攻读博士学位,并于2014年获得化学和生物化学专业博士学位。2015年至2018年间,他在爱尔兰皇家外科医学院(RCSI)化学系担任博士后研究员。2019年,作为访问学者在英国爱丁堡大学和赫瑞瓦特大学超分辨成像中心(ESRIC)进行学习。随后,他回到RCSI化学系担任讲师及独立PI至今。2024年5月,吴丹博士加入苏州大学国际创新药学院,被聘为特聘教授、博士生导师,担任国际创新药学院分子影像与智能医学实验室负责人。
吴丹博士及其研究团队致力于新型荧光影像及精准医学领域的研究,具体包括:开发新型近红外肿瘤靶向荧光标记药物(NIR-AZA)、近红外光激活抗癌和抗微生物药物、可生物正交的智能近红外荧光探针及其在生物超分辨荧光成像中的应用、荧光寿命成像(FLIM)、人工智能辅助化学以及基于荧光引导手术等。
作为独立课题组负责人(PI),吴丹博士曾主持并获得爱尔兰科学基金会55万欧元(约430万人民币)、爱尔兰研究委员会12.4万欧元(约97万人民币)以及全爱健康研究委员会45万欧元(约350万人民币)的研究资助,用于开展以人工智能辅助化学为重点的研究,特别关注新型化学反应产物预测、化学物质性质的分析以及未来应用在人工智能辅助新药研发方面。吴博士已在PNAS、Chem Sci、Theranostics、Chem Comm、Org Lett、Chem、Nature(Research highlight)、J. Med. Chem、Sci. Rep.和Pharmaceuticals等一流的药物化学期刊上发表了同行评审的研究论文40余篇。
