Biography：
Bláithín Arnold is a Teacher Practitioner at the RCSI School of Pharmacy and Biomolecular Sciences. She is a registered pharmacist with over ten years of experience spanning hospital, community, and pharmaceutical industry settings.
Bláithín obtained a B.Sc. in Pharmacy and M.Pharm from the Royal College of Surgeons in Ireland (RCSI), followed by an M.Sc. by Research at RCSI.
Prior to joining RCSI, Bláithín held several positions at Children’s Health Ireland, including Chief II Aseptic Pharmacist, where she led multidisciplinary teams in aseptic compounding, medication safety, and clinical governance. She subsequently served as Medical Governance and Business Excellence Lead at Novartis Ireland Ltd, providing strategic oversight in medical affairs, quality assurance, and compliance. Prior to this she worked in community pharmacy.
Research Interests：
Bláithín’s professional interests include aseptic pharmacy, leadership in pharmacy practice, medical governance, and quality management. She is passionate about advancing pharmaceutical education and promoting patient-centred, evidence-based practice through innovation and collaboration.
