Biography:
With over 20 peer-reviewed publications as first or corresponding author in esteemed SCI-indexed journals—including Advanced Materials, Investigative Ophthalmology & Visual Science, Acta Ophthalmologica, Frontiers in Oncology, Graefe’s Archive for Clinical and Experimental Ophthalmology, Ocular Immunology and Inflammation, and BMC Ophthalmology— she maintains a strong academic record. One publication in Acta Ophthalmologica was distinguished as a Top Downloaded Paper. Her research program centers on clinical and foundational investigations in glaucoma, alongside pioneering applications of optical coherence tomography (OCT/OCTA) in ophthalmic science. As a Postdoctoral Fellow at the Suzhou Institute of Nano-Tech and Nano-Bionics, Chinese Academy of Sciences, she developed nanoformation strategies for glaucoma-related optic neuroprotection and engineered bifunctional peptide carriers for targeted protein delivery in treating neovascular choroidal disorders.
She has secured and led 7 competitive research grants, including the National Natural Science Foundation of China (Youth Program) and the Jiangsu Provincial Natural Science Foundation (Youth Program). Her work on OCT/OCTA earned the Second Prize of the Jiangsu Provincial Medical New Technology Introduction Award and the First Prize of the Suzhou Municipal Medical New Technology Introduction Award.
