Biography

Qingqing Yao, pharmacist in charge, PhD in Pharmaceutical Analysis, is a clinical pharmacist in Respiratory Medicine at the Department of Pharmacy, The First Affiliated Hospital of Soochow University. She completed the standardized training for clinical pharmacists in respiratory medicine at the Jiangsu Province Hospital in 2021, and the teacher training for clinical pharmacists at the First Affiliated Hospital, Zhejiang University School of Medicine in 2025. Her work focuses on whole-course pharmaceutical care, rational use of antibacterial drugs, and evaluation of adverse drug reactions. Her main research directions include clinical pharmacy and individualized therapy, as well as therapeutic drug monitoring of antimicrobial drugs. She serves as a Young Member of the Analytical Pharmacology Committee, Chinese Pharmacological Society, a Young Member of the Pharmaceutical Analysis Technology Branch, Chinese Pharmaceutical Biotechnology Association, and an expert in the monitoring of adverse drug (device/cosmetic) reactions (events) at the Suzhou Adverse Drug Reaction Monitoring Center. She is a recipient of the Jiangsu Provincial "Double Creation" PhD program. She presides 1 Suzhou Pharmaceutical Association Science and Technology Project project, and 1 project each from the Jiangsu Pharmaceutical Association and Suzhou Pharmaceutical Association, and has published more than 10 papers as the first or corresponding author.
